need to report someone on the site who is scamming for money, her name is JUDITH (DREAMS) PAGE 17. she was making me believe that she was coming to england to be with me if i could send the air fare (or half). then during the arranging of all this, she sent an e-mail to me by mistake arranging the exact same thing with someone else called sebastiano, the only thing is i have no way of knowing who this sebastiano to warn him of the scam, but thought if there was any possible way you would be able to warn him if he is a member.

Thank you for the heads up. I will repeat something here I have written about several times on all my sites, but I know people don't like to read :=).
Here goes...never, never, never send money to someone when you are getting to know them. There may exceptions for small expenses, i.e. stamps, internet cafe rental, but these expenses are minor and probably are not a major concern.
The other issue I have written about is rarely can a lady from the philippines get a tourist visa to leave her country. -- especially to the west. They are turned down 99% of the time. If a lady is asking you for money so she can come visit you, please be careful.
If you feel someone is scamming, please report it. The scammers never put in their application they are joining to scam people -- so they are hard to detect until they start asking for money. When I was looking for love, my policy was not to send money....at least not until I was 100% certain she was the one. When the time comes and you know it is true love, than of course she may need help with expenses. But if you are in the getting to know each other stage of the relationship, if decide to send money you are doing so at your own risk.
